Kahn Productions LLC ("we", "us") runs Venditio, an assistant that helps small businesses answer new customer leads, and a private tool that delivers daily lead reports to a few clients. This policy explains what we do with Google account data when you connect your Gmail.

What we access

We only ask for what the service you signed up for needs. You approve this yourself on Google's sign-in screen, which lists each permission.

• Venditio customers: permission to read your email (Gmail "read-only") and to create drafts (Gmail "compose"). We read recent incoming emails to spot new customer inquiries, and save a suggested reply in your Drafts folder.
• Lead report clients: permission to create drafts only. We never read your email.

How we use it

• We look only at recent incoming emails that may be customer inquiries, such as quote requests and website form submissions. To decide whether an email is a lead and to write a suggested reply, the email's text is processed by an AI service (Anthropic's Claude).
• Suggested replies are saved as drafts. We never send email from your account: you review each draft and decide whether to send it.
• We send you a phone alert about new leads. On plans that include it, we call your phone if a lead has waited 24 hours without a reply.

What we do not do

• We never send, delete or change your email.
• We do not see or store your Google password.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
• Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we store

We store the sign-in token Google gives us, your email address, the business details you give us, and a short record of recent leads (sender, a one-line summary and the time), on a private computer controlled by Kahn Productions LLC. We keep lead records for 14 days. We do not keep copies of your mailbox.

How to disconnect

You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or ask us to, and we will delete your stored token and business details.
